Java Frinsa Anaerobic Natural
Summary
A single origin light roast coffee from West Java, Indonesia, produced by the Frinsa Collective run by Wildan Mustofa. The coffee is grown at 1,400-1,700 masl on the Frinsa Estate and nearby farms. Varieties include Andungasari, Bor Bor, Katrika, and Ateng. Processed using anaerobic fermentation: freshly harvested cherries undergo fermentation in sealed containers, followed by float tank sorting and raised bed drying for 30-40 days. Tasting notes include coriander, black cherry, wood aged pinot noir, and cashew butter, with an earthy and fruity profile, juicy acidity, and medium body.
