Grown at 1910 masl, the coffee is washed processed and includes varieties Bourbon, Caturra, Pacas, and Catimor. Roasted to a medium-dark level, the cup is described as sweet and silky with tasting notes of s'mores, macadamia nut, and roasted peach.
