A single-origin light roast coffee from Bener Meriah, Aceh, Sumatra, Indonesia, produced by Asbi's Estate and Central Sumatra Coffee. Varieties include Abyssinia (Rambung), Gayo 2 (Borbor), and Typica, grown at 1,442 masl. Processed using a unique method combining anaerobic fermentation, yeast inoculation with Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and co-fermentation with dried lychee fruit powder, followed by wet hulling. Tasting notes include lychee, lavender, marmalade, and honeydew melon.
