Colombia Atunkaa Sugar Cane Decaf
Summary
A decaffeinated coffee from the Cauca region of Colombia, produced by Atunkaa in partnership with Caficauca and Siruma. The beans are of the Castillo variety, grown at 1700–1900 meters above sea level. The coffee undergoes a Sugar Cane Decaf (EA) process, using ethyl acetate derived from Colombian sugar cane, which preserves the coffee's natural character. It offers a sweet and balanced cup with notes of panela, dried plum, sweet caramel, and mango. Roasted light to highlight its natural sweetness, it works well both as a filter coffee and as a modern espresso.
