Summary
El Salvador La Esperanza coffee from the La Esperanza farm in La Montana, El Salvador, produced by Mauricio Escalon of the Cafescalt family. The farm was established in the 1950s on 86.66 hectares. Originally planted with Bourbon (80%), the remaining 20% consists of Pacamara, Catimor, Catuai, and Pacas varieties. Coffee is hand-picked and processed using an anaerobic natural method: cherries are sealed in containers with air removed for 72 hours, then dried until moisture reaches 12%.
