El Salvador Hacienda Dorado
Summary
This single-origin coffee from El Salvador is grown at 1200-1300 meters on the mineral-rich volcanic soils of the Santa Ana volcano, in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region. Produced by José Guillén and his team at Hacienda Dorado farm, this Red Bourbon variety was processed using the natural (dry) method. Filter roasted to highlight the coffee's natural sweetness and vibrant acidity, it offers a flavour profile of red berries, silky cocoa, and a hint of sherry elegance, with a creamy, round body and bright yet balanced fruity acidity.
