Summary
This single-origin coffee comes from a collection of small farms near the Bamisa river outside Acevedo in the Huila department of Colombia. The Caturrón variety, a rare and recently discovered mutation of Caturra with Timor hybrid genetics, was processed as a natural - cherries were floated, separated by density, and dried on raised beds. The cup profile offers flavours of blackberry, melon, and plum, with the variety known for notes of pineapple, raspberry, strawberry, and watermelon.
