The Pacas Family has been growing coffee in the mountains of El Salvador for more than five generations. This washed Pacamara is composed of coffees from all the Pacas family's farms, blending them to optimize processing and provide a consistent cup profile. Pacamara is a hybrid of Pacas and Maragogipe developed by the Salvadoran Institute of Coffee Research, known for its sizeable beans and distinctive flavor profile. Tasting notes include milk chocolate, caramel, and fig. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
