Pacamara
Summary
This naturally processed coffee from El Salvador is produced by the Pacas family, who have been growing coffee in the mountains of El Salvador for over five generations. It is a Pacamara variety, a hybrid of Pacas and Maragogipe developed by the Salvadoran Institute of Coffee Research. The coffee is composed of beans from all the Pacas family's farms, offering tasting notes of Concord grape, strawberry, and winey flavors. Proud Mary has been purchasing from the Pacas family since 2012.
