This lot, dubbed Pacamara Petit, consists of smaller screen size beans (14-17) from the Red Pacamara variety, processed using the washed method. The farm has a unique micro-climate with fog cover for over 60% of the day, creating cooler temperatures and slower cherry maturation. Tasting notes include milk chocolate, vanilla, and lemon candy. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
