Los Alpes Geisha

Summary

A limited edition coffee from Finca Los Alpes in the Dipilto Mountains of northern Nicaragua, produced by Olman Valladárez. The Geisha variety, originating from Panamanian stock, is processed using the natural method. Tasting notes include peach, honey, mango, and a silky mouthfeel. Suitable for both espresso (1:2.5 ratio) and filter (1:16 ratio) brewing. The Valladárez family has been a partner since 2018 and the farm placed first in the Cup of Excellence in both 2023 and 2024 with a natural Geisha.
