La Cereza Pink Bourbon

Summary

A washed coffee from La Cereza wet mill and farm in San Augustin, Huila, Colombia, produced by Felipe Ospina. This single-origin lot features the rare Pink Bourbon variety, a natural hybrid of Yellow and Red Bourbon. The coffee was picked on the edge of over-ripeness and traditionally washed. Flavour notes include green apple, lime, and passionfruit. Pink Bourbon's high glucose content gives it a silky mouthfeel with incredible sweetness and complexity. Proud Mary has had a relationship with La Cereza since 2017.
