This coffee comes from over 320 smallholder producers in the Bona Zuria sub-region of Sidama, Ethiopia, who deliver cherries to the Bona Washing Station (Tracon Bona Washing Station). Grown at altitudes up to 2,250 masl, the JARC 74158 heirloom variety undergoes a carbonic maceration natural process: fermented in sealed CO2-filled tanks for 96 hours before drying on raised beds. Tasting notes include passionfruit, blackcurrant, and green apple. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
