Ethiopia Sakicha is a washed coffee from the Guji region, produced by smallholder farmers from the Gedeo and Oromo groups. The coffee is grown at altitudes between 1700 and 1900 meters under shade trees, and processed at the Sakicha washing station with sun-dried on raised beds. The cup is lively and soft with medium complexity, featuring notes of blood orange, apricot, and black tea, with a medium acidity reminiscent of red orange.
