Peru - Los Tulipanes
Summary
A honey-processed coffee from northern Peru's Cajamarca region, produced by small-scale growers in Callayuc and Huabal and processed by Cultivar Coffees. Varieties include Catuaí, Caturra, Bourbon, and Pache. Grown at 1,800-1,850 masl, it offers floral-toned fruit notes: rich dark chocolate, bing cherry, tangerine, strawberry, lychee, and rose in a sweet, syrupy body, equally fitting for filter or espresso.
