Single-origin washed coffee from Lucía Muñoz Guevara's farm Finca La Lúcuma in Casería Santa María, La Cascarilla, Jaén, Cajamarca, Peru, grown at 2,000 masl. Varieties include Caturra, Bourbon and Pache. Light roast offering notes of mango, kiwi, caramel, honey and milk chocolate, with layers of marzipan, raspberry and brandied cherry. Suited for both filter brewing and single origin espresso.
