Guatemala - Las Moritas
Summary
Guatemala Las Moritas is a light-roasted washed coffee from Finca Las Moritas, owned by Higinio and Aura Gómez, in San Antonio La Paz, El Progreso, Guatemala, within the Sierra de las Minas. This lot, produced with Los Volcanes, features a variety they call 'nance,' possibly yellow catuaí or yellow caturra. The cup is round and balanced with notes of brown sugar, molasses, ginger cookie, warm spice, pineapple, pear, and orange zest, medium-high brightness. Grown at 1,700–1,800 masl.
