Flatiron is a medium-dark roasted espresso blend combining coffees from Huila, Colombia and Carmo de Minas, Brazil, from producers Yonatan and Julian Gonzales and the Pereira Family. It is processed with both washed and natural methods and brings a balanced, sweet cup with notes of dark chocolate, praline, and dates. Grown at 1,000-1,600 masl.
