Edin Lopez Gesha
Summary
This special release gesha comes from Edin Geovany Lopez of Santa Bárbara, Honduras, grown on a small farm overlooking Lake Yojoa. Produced like a traditionally washed coffee but sealed in barrels for anoxic fermentation, then sun-dried, it is incredibly clean, round and syrupy with notes of melon, strawberry, blackberry, peach, lime, jasmine and a hint of caramel in the finish.
