Yemen Haraaz-mahal Aqeequl Drying Station
Summary
A natural processed coffee from Yemen, sourced from farms in the Haraaz region at up to 2440m altitude. This coffee is the result of a collaboration between importer Cafe Imports and exporter Al-Ezzi, with cherries collected at the Mashtal ul Burhani collection center. Tasting notes include dried cherry, cranberry, fig, malt, baking spices, and incense-like aromatic wood characteristic of Yemeni coffees. Freshly harvested ripe cherry naturals from Yemen are known for their distinctive spice and incense aromas.
