Yemen Al-obbarat
Summary
A single-origin natural processed coffee from Yemen's Al-Haimah region, sourced from three growers (Mohammed Massaud, Khalid Abdullah, and Hussien Nassar) in Al-Obbarat village. Grown at 2200-2500m elevation, one of the highest growing elevations in the world. The coffee is dried whole in the cherry on raised beds and rooftops. Flavour notes include dried strawberry, fig, tamarind, malt, sandalwood, and frankincense, creating an aromatic and powerful cup with distinctive spice and incense-like aromas.
