Clydesdale Estate Natural
Summary
This coffee comes from the historic Clydesdale Estate in St. Andrew parish, Jamaica, grown at approximately 1,000 meters in the Blue Mountains. It is a natural-processed Typica variety coffee with tasting notes of hazelnut, milk chocolate, red berry, toast, and soft citrus acidity. The natural processing method introduces gentle red fruit aromatics over the classic Blue Mountain profile of hazelnut, cocoa, and warm baked notes. This is a rare and historically significant release, as natural-process Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee was only recently allowed for export, with this lot being part of the first wave.
