Papua New Guinea single origin coffee from Baroida Estate, located in the Aiyura area of the Kainantu District, Eastern Highlands Province. Founded by Ben Colbran in the 1960s and now run by his son Nicol and grandsons Chris & Rhett. The estate covers 220 hectares divided into 29 single-varietal plots. Grown varieties include Arusha and Bourbon. Washed processed using disk pulpers with 36-hour fermentation, dried on raised beds. Tasting notes of pineapple, mango and kiwi.
