Omnia Omniroast - Kenya, Kiawamururu Factory Aa
Summary
Omnia is an omniroast coffee from the Kiawamururu Factory of the Rumukia Farmers' Cooperative Society in Nyeri County, Kenya. Grown by around 1,000 smallholders at 1,700–1,850 meters on red volcanic soils, it is fully washed, fermented 16–24 hours, and dried on raised beds for up to 21 days. The cup is complex and elegant with notes of red berries, floral accents, and red apple. As espresso it is soft, round, and lightly fruity; as filter it is lively, clear, juicy, and floral with a long finish.
