Grown at 1800 meters above sea level under shade trees, this coffee features Caturra and Catuaí varieties. The cup offers notes of red apple, molasses, and black tea, with a refreshing finish. The beans were carefully roasted with a convective approach to highlight malic acidity and sweetness.
