Grown in volcanic loam soils at small family-owned farms (0.5 to 2 hectares), farmers are part of a cooperative with organic certification. Exported by PT Orion Gandatama Perkasa. Roasted to a medium level, suitable for all brew methods. Flavour profile: Plum, Dark Chocolate, Black pepper.
