They roast a rotating lineup of specialty-grade single origins and blends—fragrant Ethiopian naturals alongside chocolaty Colombians—with a light-to-medium hand that lets the bean do the talking. They run a flexible coffee subscription so you never run out, and their Kirkdale cafe hosts cupping sessions and barista workshops.
