A decaffeinated single-origin coffee from Peru, grown in the Junín/VRAEM region at 1,200–1,800 meters by smallholder farmers of the Asociación de Productores Agrarios de la Microcuenca San Jerónimo. Processed using the natural CO₂ method, it offers a round, harmonious body with notes of hazelnut, cocoa, and light sweetness. Suitable for espresso, filter, and French press.
