Nestor Lasso is a Colombian coffee from the El Diviso farm in Pitalito, produced by Nestor Lasso. This Natural processed Ombligon variety grows at 1750 masl. The processing involves 48 hours of oxidation in open plastic tanks with recirculated cherry must, followed by a cold water float removal and a thermal shock wash at 50°C. The coffee offers flavour notes of Dr. Pepper, Jolly Rancher and vanilla with a sticky mouthfeel.
