Summary
Los Patios is a Colombian coffee from the Huila region, grown at 1600-1900 meters above sea level. The Castillo variety is grown on the Los Patios farm, owned by producers Juliana Serna and Alberto Gutierrez. The coffee undergoes an anaerobic cofermentation process where it is fermented with watermelon concentrate for two days, then drained and dried in mechanical silos for eight days.
