Summary

Royal 7 is a dark roast blend of American coffees from Little Waves Coffee Roasters. It is named in honor of seven young activists who led the first sit-in in North Carolina at Durham's Royal Ice Cream Parlor. Flavor notes include dark chocolate, molasses, and nutty notes with a full mouthfeel. Recommended brew ratios are 1:1.8-1:1.9 for espresso and 1:15.0 for filter or batch brew. $2 from each bag is donated to a grassroots organization supporting black communities, currently Feed Durham Project.
