A Geisha variety coffee from Hacienda La Esmeralda's Cañas Verdes farm in the Boquete region of Panama, produced by the Peterson Family. This coffee is processed using the natural method, where cherries are pre-dried on raised beds, fermented in anaerobic tanks, and finished in a climate-controlled drying room. Flavour notes include blueberry, blackberry, jasmine, peach, and brown sugar with a smooth and balanced mouthfeel. Roasted to a medium-light level. Hacienda La Esmeralda set world records at the 2025 Best of Panama competition.
