Ethiopian Niguse Jilo
Summary
Ethiopian single-origin coffee from producer Niguse Jilo, grown on his farm in the Halo Bariti village of Yirgacheffe region at 2150 meters above sea level. Cultivated using the Kurume varietal and processed as a natural. Niguse Jilo ranked in the top 40 of the Ethiopian Cup of Excellence competition. The coffee presents flavour notes of ripe berries, stonefruit, and sherry, with a clean, sweet acidity characteristic of a well-processed natural coffee. The roaster recommends this coffee for both filter and espresso preparation.
