Ethiopian Halo Beriti is a single-origin coffee from the Gedeo Zone, SNNP region, Ethiopia, produced by Boledo. Grown at 1950-2150m altitude, this coffee underwent a natural anaerobic/winey fermentation process. The cup profile offers notes of melon, rum, cocoa, with honey, strawberry jam, and rich chocolate undertones. A Cup of Excellence 2020 winner. Roasted medium as a One Roast, suitable for both filter and espresso extraction.
