Single origin natural processed coffee from Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region. Produced by Wako Jegso on his family farm in Halo Bariti at 2,100 meters above sea level. Varieties: JARC 74110 and Kurume. Flavour profile includes lemon, grapefruit, floral and citrus aromatics, with a light to creamy body, sweet soft acidity, and sherried fruit sugars. Suitable for both filter and espresso preparation.
