No-limit
Summary
No-Limit is a specialty coffee from Peru's Cajamarca region, produced by José Arce on his farm in the Chirinos district of San Ignacio province. Grown at 1850-2000 masl, the coffee consists of Caturra, Bourbon and Mundo varieties and is processed using the washed method. It presents a darker roast profile with flavour notes of sour cherry, caramel and chocolate, offering a syrupy, full-bodied and sweet cup. This espresso-oriented coffee comes from a 2-hectare farm where José Arce uses the 'Surtido' method of blending different coffee varieties for resilience and quality.
