Summary

A floral coffee from the Ngoma washing station near Kavumu, Rwanda, surrounded by dense forests and hilly landscape. The station, built in 2005 by MIG Coffee with USAID support, is now jointly owned by MIG Coffee and Coffee Business Center. Producers deliver hand-picked ripe red cherries, which are floated, pulped, fermented, washed, soaked, and dried on raised beds. The coffee offers a soft, balanced acidity with fruity notes of pear and grapefruit.
