This organic certified washed Bourbon comes from the Abakundakawa washing station in Rwanda. The cooperative, founded in 1999, includes the Hingakawa women's group with nearly 600 female members. The coffee is washed in channels and dried on raised beds, with constant turning for even drying. It offers a clean, fresh, lightly floral cup with pleasant acidity and notes of mandarin and honey.
