Summary

Single origin coffee from Peru, produced by Tiofilo Perales Cotrina on his farm La Mandarina in the San Francisco area of Huabal, Jaen province. Grown at 1750 masl, the coffee is washed processed: hand-harvested ripe cherries are pulped, fermented for about 24 hours, washed, then dried on concrete or plastic tarpaulins for approximately two weeks. Tasting notes include orange, red fruits, and brown sugar. Organic certified. Member of the Cedros Cooperative.
