Nightingale
Summary
Nightingale is a medium-roast blend of coffees from Brazil, Colombia, and Indonesia. The Brazilian component from Sul de Minas is naturally processed, offering sweet notes of almond, dried fruit, and dry cocoa. The Colombian coffee from Huila is washed, contributing a clean, gently acidic character. The Indonesian coffee from western Sumatra is washed, adding depth, low acidity, and nuances of walnut and subtle spice. The blend yields a full-bodied, harmonious cup with rounded sweetness, mild acidity, and a long finish, with notes of chocolate and nuts.
