A washed coffee from Peru, produced by Pedro Garcia Diaz in the San Francisco village, San Jose del Alto, Jaén. Grown at 1700–1900 masl, this coffee features Bourbon, Pache, and Tabi varieties. The cup profile is complex with vibrant floral notes, offering tasting notes of plum, grapefruit, and currant. The coffee is selectively picked, fermented for about 36 hours, washed, and dried on tarpaulin mats for two weeks.
