A washed Canephora (robusta) coffee from Finca Onà in the San Marcos region of Guatemala. The farm focuses on improving the lives of cooperative members, building a kindergarten and two schools, and was one of the first cooperatives to receive RFA certification in 2022. Tasting notes include gianduia chocolate, apple, and cardamom. Suggested for espresso.
