Samotna Ucieczka is an omniroast blend of 60% Brazil and 40% Ethiopia. The Brazilian component comes from Fazenda Samambaia in Campo das Vertentes, Yellow Bourbon variety, natural processed at 1200 m, providing sweetness, smooth body and chocolate notes. The Ethiopian component is from Bitta Farm in Kaffa, JARC selections (including 74110, 74112, 74140, 8136), washed processed at 1900–2050 m, adding red fruit and floral complexity. The blend is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing. Tasting notes: milk chocolate, red fruits, floral finish.
