Opolanka is a blend of specialty coffees from Peru and Brazil, inspired by the roaster's hometown of Opole. It combines washed-processed Peruvian coffee (Peru Negrisa) and natural-processed Brazilian coffee (Campo das Vertentes). Varieties include Bourbon, Catuai, Typica, Acaia, Mundo Novo, Yellow Catucai, and Caturra. The cup profile features chocolate, caramel, nougat, red apple, and citrus notes. It has balanced sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness, and is roasted for versatile brewing with any method.
