Pang Khon Thailand
Summary
Pang Khon Thailand is a single-origin coffee from the highlands of Chiang Rai in northern Thailand, cultivated by the family farm of Nussara Avou and Jürgen Wittmann in Ban Nam Rin. It is a 100% Arabica blend of Catuai and Caturra varieties, hand-picked and processed using the washed method at 1300-1500 meters above sea level. The medium roast yields a soft, balanced cup with notes of almond, caramel and apricot, featuring mild sweetness and fruity-nutty aromatics. It is ideal for filter, French press and fully automatic brewers.
