Organic espresso coffee from the Chiapas region of Mexico, produced by smallholder members of the FEDESI federation. Made from 100% Arabica varieties including Bourbon, Marsellesa, Sarchimor, Typica and Caturra, grown at 1200–1700 m above sea level. Fully washed process gives a sweet, clean cup with notes of pear, milk chocolate and hazelnut. Medium espresso roast, also suitable for moka pot or Turkish coffee.
