Honduras Katia Duke Natural
Summary
A naturally processed Honduran single origin from producer Katia Duke, grown at 1,300 MASL in San Isidro, Copán Ruinas. The lot is built on Catuaí and Obatá varieties, dried in thin layers on raised beds with frequent turning to ensure slow, even drying and prevent over-fermentation. The result is a refined, elegant cup with juicy honeydew sweetness, silky almond extract and a delicate hint of lavender, showing clarity and gentle fruit rather than the bold, wine-like character often associated with natural coffees.
