Summary

Reserva de la Familia is a limited edition specialty coffee produced by Ellen Prentice, an agronomist who has managed the boutique farm for 10 years, in the Fraijanes region of Guatemala. The coffee is grown at 1,750 meters altitude from Bourbon and Caturra varieties, handpicked at its ripest point, fully washed and slowly dried on raised beds. Tasting notes include sugar cane and raspberries. The coffee is roasted, packaged and shipped directly from Guatemala within 48 hours of roasting.
