Nyamiyaga, Rwanda - Espresso
Summary
This natural-processed Bourbon coffee comes from the Nyamiyaga washing station in Rwanda's Kamonyi District, Central Province, grown at 1410 MASL. The station serves over 2,975 farmers who handpick ripe cherries, which are floated, hand-sorted, and dried on raised beds. Expect a boozy profile with cherry liqueur, spiced sugar, and dark chocolate notes, rounded by tropical and red berry sweetness with an intense dark chocolate finish.
