Summary

This is a washed coffee from Luis Aguirre, a new producer involved in the LaREB project in Colombia. Grown at 1800m in Villahermosa, Tolima. The Caturra-like hybrid variety produces a bold and complex flavour profile with intense tropical fruit notes and a cherry-like rich fruit character. The coffee was fermented for up to 24 hours in cherry followed by dry-mass fermentation in tank and dried in the sun.
